Arcade isn’t working

At some point this autumn all my Arcade games deleted themselves. And now Appstore is just suggesting I should play, but doesn’t allow me download a single game. My subscription is active, I’m an adult who is Organisator of my Family, the buyer of subscription is another member of Family.

We recommend having them check to see if Purchase Sharing is enabled on their device. Here's how:
