What’s wrong? When I tap “edit pin” in Messages, I get a display that says, “Sharing Name and Photo not available because iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not signed in.” But, they are. I have only one account. Every switch in Settings>iCloud>… is ON.
iPhone 11 Pro, Version 14.8.
All iCloud and message apps are signed in under the same Apple ID.

Also, is the email address for send/receive in Messages the same? Look here:
Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime
