MYSTERY Iphones all in one eve disabled

I bought an unlocked i6 from Amazon, Walmart or something. I needed to change my password , (4 numeric) contacted Apple , shared my screen etc. they couldnt get my iphone to a restore mode . So I just ordered quicly another phone from Amazon , all factory restored/unlocked . I put my sim in ,all worked , and suddenly just after midnight , started to ask 6 digits passcode . So 3 of my i6 es are disabled. Even if I get into itunes ,it doesnt take me to recovery mode ?! tried all possible ways , with one of them Apple rep, said " I have never seen that" I downloaded to my both laptops itunes , gettin all my information with my A ID , but there was a place finally Restore, but nothing happened.
