Low data mode

My phone is telling me that I have a low data mode because of this I cannot download anything my phone it’s absolutely not in lockdown mode I have turned it on and off about 1500 times I’ve resent it about the same number and each time the same thing happened ever since the bullshit update my phone is giving me nothing but Alex can somebody please help me and not just give me the runaround

Low Data Mode is available and can be set in two different places. It can be set for the Cellular/Mobile data and/or for the Wi-Fi Network Data. Are both areas set to OFF on your iPhone?


For the Cellular/Mobile Data - Open Settings ➔ Cellular ➔ Cellular Data Options (this can be slightly different depending on your carrier) ➔ Data Mode: Ensure that Low Data Mode is NOT checked.


For the Wi-Fi Network Data - Open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Tap on the "i" next to the name of your connected Wi-Fi Network ➔ Low Data Mode: Set this to OFF.
