Why my reviews aren’t published in the App store

I was trying to post a review on CRED app in the AppStore. Although I have sent my review many times from the past 20 days, it is not getting published.

Hi Jeff, thanks for your reply. I only run into difficulty with reviewing this app in particular, and I would like to post that review as I feel it necessary to appraise the other members, the issue I faced with this App. I have submitted the review many times but it’s not published.
