It’s been a week since I’ve been trying to open the Apple TV app, but it keeps saying no tv show or movies, I’ve restarted my phone several times but still it doesn’t work,

Is your Apple ID account (its billing address) for a country or region where Apple video services are available for?

Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support

If your home country has “Synced videos only” for the Apple TV app, then the above is expected behavior.
