Step tracker

My watch tracks my knitting as steps while I love the numbers I’d like it to be more accurate. Any suggestions other than taking my watch off when I knit

Turn fitness tracking off and back on again when you've finished knitting;

Settings/Privacy/motion and fitness/fitness tracking.
