notification issues

The other day I upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro to the iOS 15.2 the day before I did the update everything was working fine I was getting my news notifications plus the audible sounds telling me that they we on my phone also my email sound wasn’t working. Can’t figure out what caused this and I was on the phone with a apple tech guy and he claimed there was no problem with this issue. So I felt like I still had no solution after the phone call. I checked my notifications settings for the news apps and all the sliders were correct I also went into the sounds and haptics and that was also correctly set also. So if anyone has other ideas how to fix this or might have caused the problem maybe you can help. I also did a reset on the phone and that did not solved the problem…
