How do i tether my internet from Iphone (13) IOS 15 to pc (windows)?

I downloaded Itunes on windows and i have successfully tethered my internet to my pc BUT

it doesn't create an IPv4 so i cannot play or join to discord only access internet and messenger

iPhone 13, iOS 15
