Weather app

I just upgraded to IOS 15.0.2 on iPhone SE. The weather app no longer show an ADD button. Only a CANCEL button.

Never mind. The issue is that San Francisco is already on my list. I asked for Noe Valley and that was changed to San Francisco. It would be nice if I was told that City it changed my request to was on the list rather than just showing no ADD button.
