Find my works on Mac but not on iPhone or iPad

So..

I go to the Find My app on my Mac, and under "People" I can see the people I am following.

I go to the Find My app on my iPhone and my iPad and under "People" the people I am following is showing as "No location found".

So it works absolutely fine on my Mac, but not on my mobile devices. Any ideas?

I've tried using my mobile on the same Wifi as my Mac, and still it does not work. It does not work on mobile data either.

Is there a bug in the iOS/iPad version maybe?
