Iphone 11 pro max mobile data not working with eSIM
Hi all,
Since I bought my iPhone 11 pro max (Dec 2020) I have problems with the mobile data on the eSIM. Suddenly it drops and even though I have a full 4G signal, the internet is not working! At the beginning I thought it’s the operator and I changed already 3 times the eSIM but I am facing the same issue. Does anyone still has this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Worth mentioning here that with the physical SIM works perfectly. I am only having problems with the virtual one and I am pretty sure it’s not the operator’s problem. Also, the eSIM (from the same operator) worked perfectly with the XS Max I had before.
I already called the Apple support and didn’t get any real help just some community posts with instructions on how to setup my eSIM..
