I am wondering about the sales date of the new apple watch in Thailand. On the apple online store, it has to be preorder.
Do you happen to know when it’s gonna be available in Thai apple store?
and if I order via apple store, would I get a full tax invoice? If not, how can I receive one?

I can't see the Thai online ordering or availability details from here in UK, but the online web pages should tell you when it will be available in the street stores, and if you start to complete an online order it will show the expected delivery date for your selected model, accessories, etc before you need to make any payment.
