Has anyone ever had the problem where the "Health Records" sign up routine is missing from under 'Features' when selecting the profile in the Apple Health app. iPhone is fully up to date. No idea why it doesn't appear!

You will only see the Health Records option if you are in Canada, United Kingdom, or the United States.

Yep, in the US. All the other phones in my family correctly have it appearing for them except for this phone. Its an iphone 12 pro. Totally up to date. on iOS but yet it's just missing.
