Trying to identify the culprit of a blurry image using the Spectrum App on Apple TV. When this problem manifests on the Spectrum App all other Apps on Apple TV present a clear picture. I attached a photo to show the problem. I don't think its hardware because its a transient problem and it only applies to the Spectrum TV App.

Please update TV OS to the most current version, V14 is considerably out of date. Also, please do the following:
· Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.
· Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.
· Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.
I followed your instructions to the letter. The devices where disconnected for about 5 minutes.
The problem persists. You solution did not fix my problem. Thanks for the effort all the same.
The TV OS is fully up to date at version 15. Its set to autoupdate.
Seeing the problem is intermitent I will have to wait for the next occurrence to test out your recommendations.
The router and modem are one integral unit (Ubee).
Glad it is up-to-date, try to force an update sometimes auto update lags behind. After doing that then please execute my recommendations about the restarts on your Modem/Router combo and the Apple TV.
Image through the spectrum app is blurry everything else on Apple TV is clear.
