Image through the spectrum app is blurry everything else on Apple TV is clear.

Trying to identify the culprit of a blurry image using the Spectrum App on Apple TV. When this problem manifests on the Spectrum App all other Apps on Apple TV present a clear picture. I attached a photo to show the problem. I don't think its hardware because its a transient problem and it only applies to the Spectrum TV App.

Please update TV OS to the most current version, V14 is considerably out of date. Also, please do the following:


·      Unplug Modem from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Router from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in.

·      Unplug Apple TV from it’s power source for 2-3 minutes and then plug it back in and retest the system.
