UPI payment is successful but funds not added to apple id

Hi.. I tried to add Rs,500 via UPI(using PhonePe) to my apple id and the payment was successful. But the funds were neither added nor returned to my bank account. Can anyone throw some light on how to get back the amount?

Click on this link to 'Check your Apple ID balance' --> https://support.apple.com/HT202359

- If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item.

Also realize that despite this being the age of speedy computers, transactions may take a finite amount of time to process. Even within the Apple system a transaction may take up to 48 hours to clear ( https://support.apple.com/HT204084 ).


If you still have problems:


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Note, I have seen many posts here saying UPI transfers take longer than expected.
