As I type in Apple Maps it crashes and closes

As I type in Apple Maps on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, it crashes and closes. I reinstalled and restarted the phone. The phone is operating 15.0.2.

Says:

To report an issue with Maps

Choose one of the options, then provide your information.
