I switched my SIM card from my old iPhone to my mom’s iPhone, but all of her information is still in the phone and merged with hers. I can’t figure out how to correct it so that it’s only my info

So I switched the SIM card from my previous iPhone to my moms phone, and logged into my Apple ID instead of hers. Even after all of this, our accounts are somehow merged and I can’t figure out how to correct it so it’s only my info. Advice?

Apple doesn't store information on the sim card. Transferring the card only switches carrier service information.

Ideally you should have done as instructed in this article:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Unfortunately if your information has been combined in iCloud then you will have to hand-pick through the data, removing the ones you do not want.
