Language from Apple in Spanish - Need English

Hi there,


The language Apple's emails come in is Spanish. My region is Panama but I don't speak Spanish yet as I have only recently moved to the country.


The language in my settings is set to English but I still receive all comms from Apple in Spanish.


Please can someone help?

It sounds like the emails you receive from Apple are not in English, and we'd like to help.


Have you restarted your Mac since changing the language settings for your region?

Is your Mac updated to macOS 11.6?
