I can’t access my shopping cart

Why the Issue? There is an error connecting to Apple's servers.

Apple Support Contact Info:

So, contact Apple Support manually (vie phone call). Ask them exactly what is going on here. Perhaps there is an issue on Apple's side.

• Proceed from there as necessary

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Once again: Contact Apple. I think there may be a damage in the user database. If you think you are locked out, then ask Apple Support why this may be.

Why Accounts Become Disabled:

There are quite a few reasons as to why this may have occurred. Some possible reasons include:

• Too many unsuccessful login attempts
• VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
• Disobeying Terms & Conditions
• Consistent transactions
• Session Times Out
