My phone says hotspot login cannot be opened due to may redirects occurred. What do I do now?

"Hotspot login cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server"? Started getting this error message when logging in to connect to router/internet. Don't know what it means or why. but if ignore, it seems the phone still connects. Personal hotspot isn't on, nor Bluetooth. What's happening?

Error opening the page While i connect to “net+roaming “which is a free wifi given by my operator, then my phone open page captive.apple.com and the message show “error opening the page “ hotspot login cannont open the page while there are too many page occurred. Plz help
