How to disable mDNSResponder

For the past 2 or 3 months I have had to kill the mDNSResponder within a few hours of a reboot. sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder. I not 100% that I reboot and it reenabled or if it re enables after some time.

But this process in Activity Monitor gets up to 130% - 150% drops and raises again causing the fan to kick up. Some times during the work day and other in the middle of the night and hear it from my bedroom.

When working the system slows way down and windows slowly or do not open and need to force the system to reboot since its locked up for sometimes 10 minutes.

What I would like to do is disable this service altogether so that I do not have to worry about this problem.
