My IPhone 13 Pro Flashlight / torch shuts off by itself after around 13 seconds yet the icon or button still shows it as switched on. Switching on and off doesn't work the only fix is to open the camera app then close it and re-enable the torch which again only lasts 13 or so seconds.

This is happening on my iPhone 6s Plus as well, it makes me think it might be an iOS issue.
The same issue with my iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.3
Sometimes works, sometimes flash is turn off after fiew seconds.
Restart helps for a while.
yeah, I wish Steve Jobs could resurrect cos he was the only ones that made Apple products mesmerizing! Or at least most of the time….
