No follow-up from Apple
I had one issue that's now before the technical team after Apple Support made me do so many things, even rebooting my system (for hours on the phone at times and the issue is not yet resolved.
All of their emails are "noreply" and I'm trying to schedule a call and all I keep getting is this.
I need help and I can't get any.
Does anyone know of any other way to get someone from Apple to get on to me?
