messages aren’t delivering

Well, we don’t know what “messages” means. Perhaps it means iMessages. Perhaps it means SMS cellular text messages.

And we don’t know what “my network” means. Perhaps it means your cellular carrier’s network. Perhaps it means your wi-fi network.

Finally, we don’t know what “can’t send messages” means. We don’t know what happens when you try.

What kind of messages are you referring to? iMessages, SMS text messages, or email messages? Is your phone having any issues receiving them? What have you tried, so far yourself to resolve this, so that we don't try offering potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?

SMS messages are a cellular carrier function. Ask them what’s going on. Also, don’t let your iPhone battery get that low.
