Keychain Access now hides all my web form passwords

Now when I open Keychain Access my webform passwords are no longer visible. Typing a specific one, Amazon for ex., it will appear but there are many I haven't memorized. My health care provider's web form password is just gone.

Typing my email address in the Search bar yields many of them, but as of the new OS and iOS update they're no longer visible on opening Keychain.app or on my iPad Pro Max or iPad under Settings>Passwords. Many of the passwords I need to access simply aren't there.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I'm running macOS Big Sur 11.6.

I know how to find a password for something on the Keychain list by logging in, as in your diagram. My problem is my webform listings aren't showing up in the Passwords column in Keychain Access, so there's no way to check a password for a listing I can't see. I shouldn't have to type "amazon.com" in the Search bar to find a setting that doesn't display in the list. I have iCloud Keychain. The only variable is my recent install of the Microsoft Edge web browser. It asks for Full Disk Access.

I was able to get a new password from my health provider and it's finally replicating across iCloud to all my other devices (iPhone, iPad). Maybe it's the full moon :)
