Excessive exercise ring closing.

So I’ve had this watch almost two years, I’m quite active, some days I close all three rings some I don’t.

I noticed yesterday it said I had climbed 220 flights (I definitely didn’t) I work on floor level & go up & down to my bedroom maybe 5 -10 times on average.

I then noticed that I had closed my exercise ring (I didn’t remember getting the notification) but I had done 97/30 mins exercise. It also said I had closed 191 flights when I know I definitely haven’t, I don’t think I’ve been up stairs more than 6 times today in total. I never get it this high. Especially on a rest day when I’m not running.

I then noticed today that I had closed my exercise ring early and had done 136/30 mins exercise now I did do an hour yoga but that normally doesn’t close my exercise ring. I’ve spend most of today sat down, I haven’t had a particularly stressful day at work compared to other days.

I naturally have a low heart rate so often find my everyday activity does not close my exercise ring some days not even half my goal (30mins)

I added a photo of the first day.

I hope I’ve added enough info.

I have reset my watch but nothing.

I’m not bad when it comes to technology so I’ve done all the obvious checking apps & settings & everything is as it should.

thanks

Rachel.

Hello,

thank you for your response but that’s not really what I was after. I often go for walks & close my exercise ring as well as other rings but at the moment it’s closing a lot quicker than it should for as little exercise as I’m doing. Some days I’m not doing anything & it’s saying my exercise goal has finished by 400% if not more.

thank you
