iPad - More GB available than capacity

I have a 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 M1 with 256 GB of storage. In the about section, my iPad shows I have 281.66 GB of storage out of 256 available. I am running iOS 15.0 (19A344).

In the storage section, it says I have used zero KB of the available 256. This has to be incorrect, seeing as I have many apps and videos on the device. Software bug?

There is a known bug with iOS/iPadOS 15 that causes mis-reporting of total capacity and used storage. Hopefully this issue will be fixed in a future update; for now, there is no workaround.
