Do you have an Apple TV box? If so, which model? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
Macs with macOS High Sierra 10.13 do not have the Apple TV app. The Apple TV app on Mac is available with macOS Catalina 10.15 or later.
I'm attempting to access Movies on my AppleTV HD. This seems to happen every couple of months. I can access Apple TV Shows as well as my apps and streaming services. But Apple's Movies app simply displays a blank screen. It eventually corrects itself after a few days. Is there anything I can do to correct this or is this an Apple service issue?
Force quitting the Movies app worked. Thanks for the help!!
