how can I regain my games on my Words with Friends 2 app on my new IPAD.

From your post, it sounds like you've lost games on an app. You may be able to restore from a back up to get the data back: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
If the data was saved on the server of the app, you can log into the app to possible retrieve the data.
