How to install HP scan pilot

i have a MacBook Air 13 inch 2021

and a printer scan copy photo HP envy 5660

the printer scanner do not see the MacBook Air

How can I make them to work together ?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4

Go to the HP Support page for this printer,

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-5660-e-all-in-one-printer-series/6809225/model/6809226

Make sure the operating system selector is set to macOS Big Sur.

There is a firmware update available for you.

You can also try resetting the printing system.

Once you have re added your printer to the list

click on Default Printer and select your printer.

This should force the mac to search the HP servers for the

relevant software and drivers.


Are you getting any error messages when trying to scan.
