Apple tv 4k loses sound settings when turned off

I have a problem with my apple tv4k: Every time it has been turned off I

have to set the sound from using the tv's internal speakers to instead getting

through my sonos amp to my speakers. My setup is as follows: Apple TV- LG GX

via HDMI. LG GX - Sonos Amp via HDMI. Sonos Amp has connected front speakers

and sub via cable, while the rear speakers are 2 sonos one via wifi (do not

know if any of this is relevant). Do any of you know how to make the sound

settings on apple tv permanent? I can currently only select my speakers as

"temporary".

The Siri remote will send volume control signals directly to the audio system (via IR), if possible. When that doesn’t work automatically, then change the settings for that manually (‘Receiver via IR’, I presume).

The settings for how the volume is controlled, are at:
