Siri remote
One of my many apple TVs in my home will not respond to any of my Siri remotes. However, they do control the volume. All remotes are charged. I have reset TV and Apple TV. Remotes work fine on others.

No, I have all Siri remotes and all 4k Apple TVs. Also, the remote I was using was the one that came with and I have been using all along. I ended up exploring Youtube and found a tips video that said to unplug Apple TV and then plug it in after 6 seconds. Then push both the menu and folder button next to it at the same time until it came back to the Apple and it worked. But thanks for your help.

The Siri Remote (1st or 2nd generation) is compatible wth Apple TV (4th generation or later), not earlier models. Could that be it?
The Siri Remote (2nd generation) additionally requires tvOS 14.5 or later. Could that be it?

to unplug Apple TV and then plug it in after 6 seconds.
That is effectively a restart, which you said you had already done.
Then push both the menu and folder button next to it at the same time until it came back
That is effectively another restart, which is not expected to do anything different than the previous restart.
The remote may need to be re-paired. (Volume control doesn’t need this pairing.)
The light won’t even blink when I try to re-pair and there is no message at top? No matter which remote that I use.
Yes I had multiple times. But i needed to do it yet again to turn on the device so that I could try their method for getting remote to be recognized.
