Adding state ID to wallet?

I live in a state that Apple says supports the state ID in the wallet, but there's no button for it. Is this feature live yet? Running iOS 15.0.2

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you'd like to add your state ID to your Wallet but the feature isn't currently available.

This feature wasn't included in iOS 15 but we'd recommend that you keep your iOS up to date as it will be available later.
