Big Sur 11.6 - can't exit fullscreen mode in Lightroom CC

I'm on a mid 2020 iMac - somehow Lightroom got into fullscreen mode. If I move the cursor to the top left of the screen, the apple menu bar (apple logo, then Lightroom commands...) covers the top of the screen - no green dot to click.

I can hit control-up arrow to get to my other apps, but I just want out. Pls help.

This was a Lightroom issue - I hit Shift F and all is good.
