Have you taken a look to see if the emails are being filtered to your junk folder? If so, here's how you can mark them as legitimate emails:
Identify and filter junk mail in iCloud - Apple Support
If you're using the built-in Mail app, also check that the sender is not blocked:
Block senders in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
