Randomly restarts every few minutes even in safe boot ONLY WHILE UNPLUGGED.

I already reset SMC, PRAM, wiped HD, and Reinstalled/Updated Big Sur.

I bought it used and the owner told me it was always left plugged in.

Owner tried replacing battery - didn't work.

Model A1466 EMC 3178

Battery Condition: Normal

Cycle Count: 429

I should mention that there is no error report - no message saying mac restarted because of a problem.

I already ran diagnostics - no problems found.
