iphone 13 upper screen
my iphone 13 got little display change at upper side how should i resolve it, u see on both side of the notch color is slightly different

This is more likely the wallpaper you use and would be completely normal. Look at your wallpaper and I'll be on the top right is a darker image. If you don't like this (which again is normal), go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and turn off Increase Contrast and this effect will go away.
OK....If you have a concern then, it's a new phone. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple. I still think it's likely your background wallpaper. It's been like this on the Control Center Screen for some time. If this is apparent on other screens or apps, then you should have it checked out.
