I have an issue where my iphone 13 pro voice cuts out on speakerphone calls, not for me, but for the person on the other phone. Anyone else having this happen? The speaker grilles are clear.

Hello everyone.
i just want to share the solution i figured out which greatly helped me, hopefully it’ll be a big help to everybody struggling with the speaker problem; being not heard by the other party when using the speaker for calls.
during calls, slide down the top of your screen to open Control Centre. You will see the a setting “Mic Mode”, i saw in my setting that its “Voice Isolation” i turned it to wide spectrum or standard. And it immediately worked! Hopefully it will work. I have attached a photo of what im referring to.

I got my phone replaced under my own phone insurance as was not in warranty
as Apple wasn’t interested
and that fixed the issue

I have the same problem with my 13 pro. I’m frustrated with this iPhone. Worst iPhone I ever owned.
It looks like the 13's come corrupted and Apple refuses to fix the problem.
I have the same problem and Apple has had no good solution. Each replacement "13" has developed the same speaker voice breaking up.
I'm done with Apple just as soon as I get my 13 and my husband's 13 paid off. US Cellular is no help either so I will be saying goodbye to them too.
Me too - BUT it’s only when I’m using my hearing aids. All of a sudden as I approach my house environment, the person on the other end of the call can no longer hear me.
Yes and I returned one thinking it was the phone which it is but it’s doing it to this phone. I’m literally 10inches away from the phone and they can’t hear me

Seems that my voice cuts out only when I am in the vicinity of my home where my Wi-Fi or air printers or google nest might interrupt with the phone Bluetooth? Still trying to figure this out.

I have the same problem in iPhone 13 mini. Other persons complaint my voice cuts for 1-2 seconds. I’m using Jio Sim in India. Earlier phone didn’t have this issue.
I have the same plan, to just go to Apple Store and ask for a replacement! I am sick of people telling me my voice cuts during loudspeaker call!
