iPhone 13 Phone Noise Cancellation

Since I bought my new iPhone 13 I have found my voice calls have a ton of background noise if the other person on the call is also using an iPhone 13. I took a look at my settings, and the old “phone noise cancellation” toggle (in Settings/Accessibility/AudioVisual) has disappeared.

Is there any way to solve this? I am not asking about FaceTime calls - the issue is with regular phone calls.

How can I turn on Phone Noise Cancellation on iPhone? Constantly hear outside noise which makes the phone call experience not very pleasant
