Maps not giving verbal directions

When I have Siri map a destination it no longer gives me voice directions which means I’d have to constantly look at my iPhone which is dangerous! All my volumes are as high as possible. IPhone

on it’s own or IPhone through Bluetooth on my car when it always has before but not now. I restarted my phone more than once with no luck.
