Can't see SHARING in HEALTH app on iPhone 7 running iOS 15

As a step in setting up my wife's Apple Watch 6, we got directions to set up Sharing in her iPhone 7's Health app.

Directions say, "Open Health, tap Sharing, then tap a person you are sharing with ....", but all we see is:

• Location

• Siri & Search

• Notifications

• Health Details

• Medical ID

• Data Access & Devices

How do we access Sharing ?

iPhone 7

Hello phidgety,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're unable to set up the feature to share your health data, and we'd be happy to look into this with you.

Are you trying to share the health data with family, friends, or healthcare providers?

To get started, let's make sure all these requirements are met:

"Here's what you need

  • An iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 15 or later.
  • An iCloud account with Health turned on and two-factor authentication enabled.
  • The person you want to start sharing with must be saved in your Contacts."

Share and view health data in the Health app
