Bluetooth hearing aids ringing with incoming call when on a landline call p

How do I silence the iPhone 7 Plus from active ringing in my Bluetooth hearing aids when on a regular landline call without using DND and turning off all notifications? Just want to stop the ringing when my phone is on silent.

If you go to Settings>Accessibility>Hearing Devices>Play Ringtones, you can turn that off.
