My FaceID does not work. I have a notification about TrueDepth camera not functioning. I backed up iCloud but still nothing. Please help.

True depth camera is not working for FaceID. I downloaded iOS 25 as suggested but still doesn’t work.

In your online profile your have iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14.

Note: iPhone 7 Plus do not have Face ID and there's no iOS 25 to download.

If you have a later iPhone model with Face ID, read here => If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
