Hi,
2019 MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.6
Trying to use Citrix Receiver to access a remote desktop.
I keep getting the message "You have chosen not to trust Digicert CA" with a big blue 'Quit' button.
I've gone into Keychain and changed all the Digicert certificates to 'always trust' but still the problem persists.
Searching Google hasn't helped so far.
Any ideas, please?

Thanks for posting to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have a message about certificates for a third-party app and adjusting the settings to trust it hasn't worked.
The next best step would be to remove then completely reinstall a fresh download of that application.

I've removed and reinstalled the application a few times but the problem persists.
