Apple Watch Series 7

Hello, I am planning to buy the new Apple Series 7 watch this week.I was so close buying it but then I realized that, recently, I broke my Every day use phone, an Iphone X.As a result of that, now I am operating on a normal Iphone 6 32 GB version, and I am not planning to repair the other one because in the future I will upgrade it to a better Iphone.Now my question is, can I pair the Apple Watch Series 7, GPS, 45 MM to my old Iphone.Also, what am I allowed to do and what am I not, because of the old IOS, the 12.5.5.I am looking forward for your response.

No Sorry. An iPhone 6 is frozen at iOS 12.5.5 and it cannot support Apple Watch Series 7. This means you need to use a phone which can run the most current software, which is iOS 15.0.2.

It would be advisable to hold off buying a new watch until you have a newer iPhone.
