Apple Watch not collecting respiratory rate

I have an Apple Watch series 6 (running Watch OS 8.0.1) paired with an iPhone 13 Pro (running iOS 15.0.2) and I’m not able to capture my respiratory rate while sleeping. I’ve tried this two nights in a row to no avail. My watch is in sleep mode during the night and I’ve looked in the Apple Health app and the 3rd party app AutoSleep and neither has the data. I can’t find any settings I haven’t enabled and am stuck. Anyone have any ideas?!

I have Found some help. It’s all about how tight of loose the band is. Too tight and it doesn’t work, too loose same. Had to be just right 🙄. And I think If I bump it or move in my sleep during a measurement it doesn’t do it. So I think It is just very touchy.
