Is there any way to turn off the music in Apple memories? The auto play is terrible

You are right, we need a way to remove the music from the memories completely. It can be very embarrassing to have the music start automatically, whenever we accidentally start a memory to play. And I cannot even select most songs from my Music Library. None of the soundtracks I created with GarageBand are eligible, only Apple Music. The songs I created myself are all giving error messages, when I try to use them.

I am making sure, the sound is turned off completely on my Mac or iPhone, before I start to work with Photos.

Disabling the music needs to be an option! As far as I can tell, it is not.

It's so annoying. Another problem is that my music stops playing at home because i only have a one device subscription and when photos play this music when i look at the pictures it counts as a device. so stupid. Remove it!!

Agree. Who makes these decisions within Apple? Think about the general public, not your own preferences.

Not only it is irritating, the music can be totally inappropriate. I also want to have the option of being able to turn off ‘Remember when’ selections appearing.
