I'm trying to complete my Apple ID by clicking on the continue button as aked but it tells me I have to accept it. I keep going in circles with this. What am I doing wrong?

Have you scrolled to the bottom of the Terms and Conditions to see if there is an Accept there?

on the page to complete your Apple ID it has terms & conditions that says “ by clicking Comtinue you acknowledge that you agree to the Apple Media Services terms and conditions. I click on comtinue then get a pop up that says “ you must agree to the Apple Medi Services terms and conditions to continue. When I go into the t & c I do not see anywhere to click agree or accept. Am I missing it somewhere?
