New iCloud Terms and Conditions
I kept getting this message even though I accepted it every time... "New iCloud Terms and Conditions. To use iCloud on this Mac you must accept the new Terms and Conditions."

FireTVStick(Gen2),
For me the issue was due to "Private Relay".
Private Relay under iCloud was stuck trying to work.
I had to turn off wifi and disconnect ethernet. Then reboot...
I could then and ONLY then with no networking on... Disable Private Relay.
Then I could reboot accept all terms and conditions and everything was fine.

Hi Kimimarie,
To best resolve this, reach out to Apple Support directly so they can look into this with you further. They can be contacted here: Get Support, or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.
Cheers.
@Kimimarie... Please try this...
Go into App Store (on your Mac) then on the bottom left click on your name.
Then on the top right click on Account Settings. For me it asks me to login and when I type my correct username and password it just comes back again.
I even went into the app store and installed an app on my mac that asked me to login to install the app and that worked fine. But I couldn't go into the "Account Settings". Please let me know if you see this as well.
Also call apple support because the more people who say this is an issue the more likely they will fix it and take it serious.
Also I noticed that if I go into NOTES on my mac and add a new NOTE it shows on my iPhone. So if we really had a problem with not accepting terms and services Notes and other icloud syncing services that ARE working should have stopped working. So I think it is a false error message.
I phoned apple support and they were unable to fix the issue. They didn't know what was causing the issue.
One of the symptoms that I did identify was that the system preferences in just the iCloud menu scrolling up and down was SLOW and every other option in system preferences was fine.
Apple said it must be my ISP even though I have NO other issues with my ISP.
They made me remove any AV or VPN software but that had no change. I was escalated to senior Apple support without any resolution other then telling me to phone my ISP. I even did speed tests showing I have 700 megabit internet connection with no jitter but Apple Support thinks it is my ISP.
Hi,
Yes, that was my plan.
Thank you.
I tried that and they blamed my ISP as the issue.
